BidVertiser, the online advertising company has launched their newest product, RSS advertisements. While I have enabled their competitor Feedburner’s RSS advertisements in my feed, I have not received any revenue from it. I am going to switch over to BidVertiser to try and see if my profits improve. The main issue is, that BidVertiser makes their system a bit complex to join. For those bloggers not in the BidVertiser system, you have to register and get approved before you can launch RSS ads.

Verification is rather easy, you just need to post a simple string of letters and numbers in a post that BidVertiser supplies you. I see this as another great way that smaller bloggers can make a few extra bucks from their blogs. I just hope that BidVertiser has more luck tracking the valid impressions and clicks this time than they did last time when I attempted using their banners. I was actually surprised to be on the corporate contact list, guess that makes me an A list blogger doesn’t it? What do you think of BidVertiser’s RSS ads?

Have you made any money yet with BidVertiser?

Well, I like the idea, but as I understand only those new subscribers who uses Bidvertiser’s created feed will be count in/see those ads… So it’s good idea for new blogs, but I don’t know yet about older ones, although I have added that new feed to my blog to see how it works.

I never saw anything about it needing a separate feed, in fact John Chow uses his exsisting feed burner feed.

Please tell me how it works, I am very interested.

That sucks, have you already joined bidvertiser? That might be why, you are required to have an account before joining.
