I discovered paid blogging last November, I really got into it in March by joining PayPerPost. We have gone through our ups and downs and here is paid blogging: A Year in Review

Smorty: WIN
Smorty has the potential to make me more at the end of the year than it did at the beginning, which is actually rather nice. I have only done minimal business with them and all on other blogs

Blogitive:FAIL
Blogitive is as dead as when I started. They are a struggling company with bad customer support and an erratic pay schedule.

Blogsvertise:NEUTRAL
Blogsvertise was the first company I joined. I have been with them for OVER A YEAR. They have sent me a few things each month but I have rejected most as they didn’t match my niche. They do have a nice customer support chick who gets into some community forums, which is unusual. However, the lack of assignments with crazy promises has left them neutral.

Payu2blog:WIN
Payu2blog had a lot of work, especially if you emailed them until recently. I just haven’t tried, and have been too busy really…

PayPerPost:WIN
Yes, as much as I wish to say they have failed me, without them this laptop that I am blogging to you on right now would not be here. Thank you PPP for helping me out, and I hope you come back with some worth while offers.

So that’s the wrap up of paid blogging 07′. And NO, I am not blogging on New Year’s Day, I am enjoying my day off, as you should be. So scatter!

Bottom Line: Making Money Blogging may be a lot more difficult in the coming year

Hey, nice move getting us straight to your comment page :).
Just my thought, it would have been nice of you to provide links to the sites mentioned so we can get to visit them directly from here (even if they are referral links - get it?) Plus if you could say which ones pay out by PAYPAL alone and those that CAN send Checks, it would be super useful. Just my thought.

    Hey Felix,

Due to Google’s sponsored link ordeal, I am trying to save my skin…hope you will understand. I can link you via email if you wish.

All of these programs payout with PayPal. :)

i love PPP altough lately there are to few opportunities available for me… :\ Sponsored Reviews sucks. I have lots of pending offers. The webmasters simply don’t accept them nor reject! blogsvertise it is not good. to few offers…. :s

I know what you mean, my PR got smacked on my other blogs because of PPP.

SR sucks as the advertisers just want to promote their products. Their needs to be more control.

Blogsvertise has more offers if you contact them usually.
